so new to real estate that i actually know nothing. i'm currently active duty Air Force and will be getting out soon. i call St. Louis Missouri "home" and will be returning there next year when i leave the Armed Forces. reasons i'm here:
1. i want to know how to buy a house for myself and my wife. i don't want to go into this uneducated.
2. i want to learn how to make money in real estate. I'm not looking to bring in bundles of money. but if i could learn how to purchase a home and resell it for a few thousand dollars, that would be great.
3. i was recently informed about Tax Lien and Tax Deed sales. I would like to learn more about this as well.
So, i have no idea where to start. i don't know what i should be researching, where i should be looking and what i should be looking at. I'm completely new to this whole thing. I hope to learn lots here.
