yeah it is slow to upload also there is a free space on the left side..you need to fill that out..

It took some time to load your blog, anyway, it has a tons of good article on it. I would suggest you fix box position of your blog. Optimize it, on-page and off-page. If you are interested, we can exchange links too. :D
