Do agree time is not that good for Real Estate.

Some communities are doing OK and some cities are bad.

Welcome to the forum! Even though we are in a tough market, you will earn your business and be better for it. Hang in there and ask yourself everyday, "What am I doing right now to help get a client". It's very easy to be "busy" in the office without really accomplishing anything at all.
