Hello All,
I am new to the forum and wanted to introduce myself. My father and I have dabbled in real estate for quite some time now, and we both are ready to start our own agency in the upstate New York area. We are about an hour north of Albany. We have a nice office building already started, but we do not have a broker. We are looking for an aggressive broker who will join our team. Where might we begin to find such a person? Like I siad, we have the location and just want to start a team.
