Hello, I am new to the website. I am an employee with unifersal.com. We allow anybody to post unlimited properties for free! This is a great way to find more exposure for your properties Please check out our article below:

Looking for ways to get exposure on the housing market can be a sticky business. With so many houses available on the market, a family looking to sell their home may find themselves waiting for a significant amount of time before finally reaching a deal with a customer. Enter UniFersal.com, a brand new company started by two young entrepreneurs, Abdinasir Haji-Bare and Andrew Weitnauer, who recently graduated from the University of Minnesota. UniFersal.com allows people to post information, agreement documents, pictures, and videos of their residential homes, apartment rentals, or commercial properties for the entire world to see. Best of all, this new service is completely free. This site could be the solution for people who are not willing to shell out loads of cash to get their house advertised.

UniFersal.com stands out among other housing network websites because it allows for buyers and sellers to look for properties all around the world. Their database contains more than 20 million possible cities to purchase property from. In the past, if someone were looking to move from New York City to Dubai, it would have been very difficult to locate an agent to purchase a home. However, with UniFersal’s international connections, it only takes a few seconds to find a property and contact a local agent anywhere in the world.

Another cool feature is the ability to look for roommates. This human search tool would help decrease the time it would take to locate one through the use of flyers and costly ads. The finder or the renter can post a picture, profile, and additional information on the website. Members can even chat directly with each other through the Unifersal chat software. This feature is geared towards college students who are looking for others to help reduce the cost of rent or finding someone to sublease for the summer.

UniFersal is pronounced similarly to universal except for the emphasis on the letter “F.” The emphasis is due to the company’s core which is providing free networking to the world. The acronym stands for universal free emerging real estate servicing and linking. The founders’ motivation began as they were searching for a solution for the chaotic and outdated real estate network. Earlier during the month, Jonathan Hoa-Kuong Mark came onboard as the marketing director. He is a University of Minnesota student with new innovative marketing ideas to increase traffic to the website. Within one week, more than 4,200 properties have been posted from over 40 countries.

UniFersal.com is a surefire way to connect everyone with all their housing solutions. Students can find places to live, search for roommates, or even post a household item. Agents can advertise their professional real estate service anywhere in the world without having to post a property. Members are posting more and more properties a day. Because the company is the first unique real estate networking site that offers unlimited postings among the millions of viewers, UniFersal.com is changing the way properties are being sold.

It would be great if some one could search the database for properties in anothe country without having to register. Many real estate agent (http://www.doyenrealty.com) websites offer free search without registering

looks like the unifersal.com site is getting about 500 visitors a day - not huge numbers for international exposure ?

I find it annoying when asked to register if I want to browse homes. Most of the time, I don't register and just move on to another site. :p

I totally agree Terri - just for the heck of it we attempted to register on this site and it is WAY TOO LONG and complicated for just finding out what the site content is - we have absolutely "moved on"

Some websites ask sooo many questions that would only apply if the owner wanted to marry you. :p

Thanks for the tip! I say the more free sites the better. I always link to my Buy Owner advertising, which in my opinion is unbeatable.

Thanks!

What I find distressing about this site is the inconsistency in sig lines. Sometimes mine are listed and sometimes not! All other forums I post to have an initial requirement to keep out spammers like 20 posts before you can add your sig - but then it is part of every one of my posts. Here I never know when it will be listed. :(

I find these sites to be beneficial for more then advertising your listings. I think that if they have a good page rank it is a great way to build one way links to you web site.
