Two things:
1. why frames? Frames hide your content from search engines.
2. your sign up form does not align correctly in FireFox

I have to agree, the frames are and will be holding you back, FreeHomes.

Thanks for the feedback. We did frames for a couple reasons. Because we are a DB driven site with CSS, we needed to have constant navigation bars and also for our advertising pieces. Everything on the site is dynamic (A problem will be with search engines, trying to find a work around for that one) so frames seemed like the best solution. Thanks again for your input.

Don't forget to change your titles for each page.

Take a look at http://broadwaykeys.com. 99% of the site is loaded dynamically from database tables, yet 95% of the urls are static. There are over 2000 listings all loading dynamically, each listings has a static url with a unique title and meta description. As I get better at this I will improve the site with more dynamic content. I have even transformed several static sitemaps into dynamic ones. My belief is that a web site should relect the dynamic nature similar to the web itself.
I will agree with the others, take it out of frames, create some html pages with unique content and title them individually, get some backlinks, content, ect.. I like the search function with the map it makes it simple for the consumer to navigate.
