June 30 --- The Griffendorf Group announced today the launch of its beta Multiple Real Estate Listing Service website that offers free listing services for agents, property management professionals and private real estate owners.
Designed to be part of a complete real estate marketing program focused on getting "Top Dollar" results. Its system is searchable by ID number and this ID number is there to use in other marketing channels such as newspaper advertising and yard signage (e.g. Search ID#123 on MLSRealtyLister.com). Company logos are allowed with each member profile as well as Featured listing and Openhouse options, all are displayed on search results. mlsrealtylister.com can be used as an online catalogue of real estate inventory with the "View My Listings" link from the member's profile page --- also linked from each property listing profile page. Listings can be marked "SOLD" to continue the marketing program.
