As an agent , I prospect for listings. I have more and more, people in difficulties, in need of a quick sale because they just can't pay their mortgage anymore.
I close again on a beautiful single family yesterday by a short sale, just assuming the existing mortgage. And the previous owner thanks me for the help! (they walk away with no money and I just made $35K equity)
I guess I'll get a lots of properties myself by the end of this tough time...
Can't wait the next bubble :D
