Hi Everyone - I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Sheldon Goldberg. I am a realtor from Clearwater, Florida. I also do a lot of web development. I'm fairly new to be a realtor, but I've been developing software for 25 years.
Check out this new Free website for posting your properties. The emphasis is on video, but properties with only images are still welcome.
There aren't a lot of properties there yet. But, I'd really appreciate your checking it out and posting your cool properties to it.
On DreamRealty.com the emphasis is on video and it is also on 'dream' real estate. Currently, there are about 30 categories to fit your property into. As we are just getting started, we are certainly open to additional categories and definitely would love your feedback.
I don't want to overhype the site - especially since I am the main developer - but it is really cool and surely worth of minute or two of your time to check it out.
Besides the ability to post your properties with images and video, you can post an image of yourself , a promotional blurb and a video about yourself and services. If you don't have such a video, now might be a good time to look into getting one.
It also has extensive searching criteria, including by city, state, zipcode, country, transaction status, price, beds, baths, property type, category and keywords.
The members option allows for users to search for you by city, state, zipcode and country. Your promotional piece will be displayed and the user can contact you directly. As stated, there is no charge for the service.
