Hello everyone,
I am a new member who should have joined a few years ago. I received my RE license a few years ago and tried my hand at Res.RE with not much success. I want to remain in the RE field in some capacity (Development would be my dream job) My Educational background is in Architecture/Landscape Arch. I have been researching Comm. RE and a few companies in particular. I would like to hear any feedback on getting started. I am thinking I would get in at the bottom doing prop. mgmt, etc. in a med. to large Comm RE company and work me way up the long and arduous ladder. However, I am wondering about fitting in with a Comm. development. My Business experience and lack of Finance insight may prove a negative? Any thoughts?
