Hello there,

I am a small investor in El Paso, TX. I flip 2-3 houses per year.
I have a property for sale right now and I'll have another in about 4 weeks.
The properties values in El Paso increased 17% from 2005 to 2006 and about 21% from 2006 to 2007. El Paso came in #6 in the nation as far as property values increases.
The reason I'm responding to your thread, is because I have a lot (I mean a lot) of people asking me if I want to rent the property to them. Like I said, I'm not a big investor and I don't think I'm ready to rent yet.
I want to increase my capital before I start renting.
The house is listed and appraised @ $129K. Excellent cond. 3 BR, 2BA, 1650 sqft. The rents in the area are between $900 and $1000 a month.
Your mortgage would be around that.
Also, my wife is a licensed real estate agent (RE/MAX) and a licensed loan officer (Countrywide) so there will be no problem qualifying you for your new investment property.
Let me know if you are interested. I have pictures and the appraisal on hand.
