I am in process of building my website, I came across this helpful free tool from Yahoo! Search Marketing and I wanted to share with you guys. The tool will help you find popular search terms that can help you generate more traffic to your site. It is located here:

What's wrong with the free version of overture tools or word tracker tools? Even google comes up with suggested keywords in its adwords section. Aren't they supposed to be market leaders?

One of the problems that I saw till now,that the most of the "FREE" sites are claimed free,but after filling up the form I receive notification "please, click for confirmation"...but "you will receive your free 7 days after filling up your 21 days left"....some of this sort....It is very difficult and I'm afraid that after few days I will receive some invoices :o.

What good are these keyword search terms? There are several million website in the real estate category. The chances of getting first page exposure are lower than winning the lottery.

My best advice is to look for trigger events which will require people to hire a realtor. I rank first page organic Google search on approx. 50 or keyword on many of the most popular probate and estate settlement terms. I can share my 20,000 monthly page view with you.

In most circumstances, people going through probate need to sell real estate.
