hey, Free directories are still good... as they are still not paid links.. and they are inlinks into your site.. paid arent working much nowadays i guess!!! but its google and we really cant guess much...

Directories pose the same problems they have since they were first invented. No one chooses a real estate agent based on their name, phone number or website url.

Directories are inefficient because potential consumers have no way to tell the difference between real estate agents via directories (credentials, personality, specialty). Even if you do receive a lead from a directory it is likely that the same potential client contacted a number of your colleagues.
