Hello all,
My name is Thomas Miller Jr. and I am a loan officer connected with a brokerage firm licensed in NY and FL. I am looking to form mutual business relationships with real estate brokers/agents in NY and FL. Any financing referrals on your deals that you can send me would be greatly appreciated. As a thank you, I am willing to offer you 50% of my commission. I believe in being straight-forward...in order to get the 50%, the agent will have to collect the necessary documents and fill out the 1003 form with the client. I have a website where you can fill it out online through a secure server or you can print it out and fax it to me. The agent will also have to get the appraisal done.
