I've not been on this forum for a while due to work commitments but I've noticed that my posts in the vacation rentals section have disappeared :(
Ive not been on any other real estate forums but they seems to be wayyy too many categories within the forum, it takes me a while to find the category I am looking for! This in return does slow down the forum a little :(
I'm using broadband in the UK.
EDIT: looks like someone has deleted all of my posts

I know we have had some glitches here but wasn't aware of posts being deleted

Mike he has a very good point. Could or should we condense some categories? I get lost in here too, and I see a lot of threads that just sit because there is just so many other threads to get lost in

I agree, can you guys PM me or the moderators which ones seem unnecessary.
I think we can probably just use broader, more general categories that will cover everything we have here but will make the front page a little smaller. See what the other guys have to say.

Does anyone besides me think that the States and Counties should be folded to expand after clicked?

You've got my vote.
I have to admit, I kinda forgot about this place without email notification. Now that I'm back, I only check ones that I get email on, and ones in the "new posts" catagory. Otherwise my head spins when I look around the HP at all the choices.
Glad someone else brought it up. :)

Mike, well I've not posted much, but the vacation rental category has none of my posts anymore! :( I'll try and spend sometime building up a few posts, providing that they don't get deleted lol
I think less categories is a must, and more generic categories like the posts mentioned above.
I get bored very easily lol
