at those prices I guess I'm better off looking for a detached villa or small single family home. because my price range is in the low 100's I may be limited to a condo though. :)

In SE Fla, I would not own a Condo Period. We are so overbuilt in Dade and Broward County, and the S t is going to hit the Fan big time around December of 07. Thats when the second payment is due on most of the high rise condo's now coming out of the ground. Some of these presales are 2/3 years old. No flipping there.

For SE Fla, I am telling my Rent 2 Own People, Dont buy a Condo. Not now.
I am only trying to fiqure out a way to buy these units for 50 Cents on the dollar, hold them for 10 years.

Anyone else in SE fla have an opinion on this?
How does this square with the Tampa market?
