I had a chat with 3 agents in my office yesterday.
It is definitely getting harder these days...
One of our office top lister, and still top lister, is selling less and less every year since 2005, with a projected 5 closing for 2007 !!!!!
His listing gets a 10% sold, meaning for 5 closing, he actually has 50 listings.
Another agent will go for a job...it's that bad...
And the third need to sell this f*****g listing before he gets f*****d with this f******g stupid f***k...
So here we go.
I have never been so busy myself ever, with lots of listings and buyers. But the closing table seems to be more distant than before...
I can't wait to see haf of the Realtor quitting now...
