Mark,
First read about how to set up your signature on this forum to make it easier for folks to find your link to your site. The pictures seem a little shadowy for my tastes... I also think it is important to have all pictures that represent your area or yourself. Nothing generic. Most of yours are of the low country area but some are generic as well. Keep expanding your content and you will eventually get it where you want it. The empty space in the right side of the home page needs something to fill it up. "Above the fold" is the most critical part of the site and must have things on it to keep your attention.
Good luck and welcome to the forum!

Well maybe like a lot of people you just need to set yourself up with a simple CMS site like from Joomla and grab a template that works or can be slightly modified.
PM me if you want anything further.

They no longer will have the pleasure of my terrific service! I was a great real estate agent, but couldn't get business because they judged me for my website. I'm an agent (and a good one), not a web designer. I chose another career path which is working better for me.

Sorry to hear you threw in the towel.
There are other ways to have a web presence with little or no cost. I have many free templates for open realty available on my site hostrea [dot] com.
Good luck in your new career!

Another agent bites the dust!
I don't know how an agent can be judged on his or hers website! Seems strange to me.

I think you would suprised how much importance people place on a good website no matter what professional area you are in. Image is everything, I hear and see that so often, ask any well paid graphic designer. (and even some that are not)
If the first impressions sell, wouldnt you want anyone coming to your website to at least be reasonably impressed by its professional layout and design?

Agreed. A good quality site is a good quality first impression. And online often times you only get a single chance to make an impression. Pay for some site upgrades, and it'll pay you back!

It depends on the type of services you're selling, but if trust is an issue, having a great website is as important as what kind of clothes you wear or what car you drive.
