Master Trust Account

I want to refinance my home.
Anybody has any info about how to open Master Trust Account or a Mortgage Trust Account in california Please let me know How?

Its basically a savings, checking, cd, mortgage all tied together so u can write checks & use your equity in your home upto the limit decided by the bank.
Its a wonderful product.
