Looks like a west side number, so I won't worry about competition.

As for "really taking off". Did you just move here? We have been in a great market since 1994 and the current flurry of activity has been going on since early 2004.

BTW, if I get any west side leads, do you want them at 30%? I only have two buyers agents right now and we can not cover the S/W Valley. One of them works, North, NorthWest and NorthEast and the other works North, NorthEast and SouthEast. I primarily work North, NorthEast since I live work and play here.
