I have never diligently tried to recruit FSBOs into listings. I have come to a place in my career after taking 6 months off with my son to go full force and try to really make some money and get our family out of debt. Just wondering what ideas you have for mailouts to them. I know I read on another post about getting face to face with them. If that is not an option then do you just create a flier for them of their property and send lists of reasons to list with your company? I liked the idea about adding a lender's name so they have someone to contact about pre-qualifying any interested parties. Hope that all made sense! Any ideas would be great!
Thanks in advance!

I highly recommend knocking on the door. If you are going to do a mailing, I would recommend oversized color postcards. With mailings you have to be persistant because one letter, flier, or postcard probably won't cut it.

You want FSBOs? Think outside the box, bottom line. Be creative. I list 4 of every 5 FSBO I meet. But to be honest, I have a hard time to spit what I do out...Forgive me. My tip: think outside the box...

Yes, heaven forbid you help people and they come into your tiny market and suck up all of your business. How insecure are you? There are more than enough FSBOs to go around.

No. There are 4-5 every week in all my area. And I want to take them all.
Insecure? Maybe. How cares? You? I'd like to see...
If I do a mistake, do you think I'll be forgiven? No. I'll be eaten alive. Period. You act differently? You'll always be a victim...
I'm licensed in FL and TN. 4 different brokerages. And Never, ever, EVER get any help of any kind, at anytime, EVER...
Do you expect me to help? Think again...
I'm just playing by the rules, that's all.

Dura lex, sed lex...

Every Monday morning we would hit the papers from the weekend - Ring all the FSBO's - Great source of easy stock

I like to get the FSBOS to go FLAT FEE!! They went FSBO for a reason, they dont want to pay some realtor to promise them a bunch of things. But half the time they are wiling to pay a buyers agent.
