FSBOSellBuy.com uncovers the 100 FSBO priciest properties in the USA.

Here is a list of the most expensive FSBO Houses listings (http://www.fsbosellbuy.com/mostexpensive.html).

Very interesting homes.

I gave the site a try. The first property had "Property Photo Pending" and said for sale. When I went to assessor.com for the property it was already closed.

Horrible website, try sorting by price and it takes you to do another property search. Those homes are hardly as described. The writing in horrible. The homes in the top 100 list seem quite ordinary. I would recommend people staying away from sites like this. They are not updated timely, the information is usually incorrect. This appears to be just another FSBO website.

This is just another link to your site and you go to great lengths to hide your identity so until I can see who you are I see no reason to trust what you say.

Well now it makes sense, he is promoting his own website. I will say this, if those are the priciest FSBO homes in the US, we are all in a lot of trouble. I think there were 2 or 3 over 1,000,000. The rest were 100-300k.

Its odd that there are so many of these out there, wouldnt a seller make more use of their time by listing with a realtor that can place their home in MLS....?

Tell me about it. The listings that are not listed with a REALTOR and put on various web sites can be lost in that shuffle. When some people list with the FSBO containing/offering to be entered into the MLS type sites, the consumers at times don't even know the name of the actual BROKER they are paying to list with. With a REALTOR you have an actual office to walk into for service if needed.
