For all of you that get stiffed on commission, or pay high cost monthly fees, I wanted to let you know that the company I work for doesn't do that. You have a fully equipped office, E & O Insurance, In House Mortgage & Title, and 100% Commission, and No Monthly Fee. There is a $199 transaction fee.
