I thought that would get some attention - nothing like a little hometown pride war ;)
My name is Tom Walpole - I'm a Loan Officer in San Diego.
I work for General Mortgage. It's great to be a part of this forum - I hope I can provide as much knowledge as I gain.
I also have a website that I have just recently launched:
San Diego Mortgages (http://www.sdloanbroker.com/) Please give me feedback! I'm interested in providing the best user experience possible!
Thank You!

Cold Beer, Casino's, Parties, Barbie's, No fun at all, in the UK we get warm beer, cards, the occassional party, rain soaked barbie's and wet bums from sitting on deck chairs in the pouring rain, I've made you all jealous.
Welcome from the United Kingdom

Is it too late to get a deal on a place near there?
My folks have a cabin in mcall - I have been going up there almost every summer since I was 6 yrs old

The prices literally doubled in one weeks time of Tamarack's opening. Condos in McCall start around 250k now and it just keeps getting worse (or better)! The millionaires have been pushed out of Sun Valley by the billionaires and this is where they are going. Condos in Sun Valley Start at 500k for a tiny place now and that's if you are lucky enough to get one. This area is going berserk. Boise is now the 4th fastest growing city in the US.
