The programmers need to know if this is an isolated incidnet. IF anyone else is having this problem...please respond.

I'm not getting any either. But since it's easy enough for me to check the control panel when I get here, I don't mind --- I already have soooo much email to sift through!

what is an email notification and what does it do?

When you make a post to the forum, you would get a notice in your email that someone has responded to your post. Otherwise, you have to keep checking back to see if there were any responses - which can be a pain if you make a few posts and don't remember them all. :D
