Hi all!
My name is Nicole and I currently reside in sunny CA. I was brought to your forum because I have a situation that could possibly be a real estate scam (see ask a realtor) but I am overall fascinated with the who lending/appraisal/real estate industry. I have even thought of getting a real estate license someday but so far I haven't managed to do it!
Well thank you all for any feedback you will be able to offer me with questions I may have and hopefully everyone has a good year this year!
