I am selling a 1.5 hectares white sand beach for only 18,500 dollars. It is located in Taytay, Palawan, Philippines (which has its own airstrip, touted to be a domestic airport because of its proximity to El Nido) and is part of the chain of islands in Taytay Bay. It is 1 hour away by pump boat or 15 minutes away by speed boat from the port of Taytay. It is also near the famous resort Club Noah (which is also an hour away by pump boat), also in Taytay, Palawan.
Beaches around Taytay, San Vicente, and El Nido are now becoming more expensive. Most of the lots on white sand beaches are now being offered from 21,000 to 62,500 dollars per hectare. That is why this lot is a rare find. I must say that this one will sell like pancakes to foreigners who are interested in having their own vacation home or having their own resort.
