Hello and welcome to the real estate forum Salih, there seems to be a large rise in the property market in Turkey, I have seen alot of Turkey agents pop up on forums of late. Must be quite busy over there ?

Summer season is just around the corner and real estate market is slowly beginning. Turkey is known the most popular country to invest in Europe. The prices are so cheap compared to Spain and other EU countries. There are so many people to invest in Turkey. How is going in Spain? i know that the prices are too high. What are the Spanish thinking about Turkey for real estate market?

Prices are high with some of the greedy agents, but we always tick over quite nicely - we believe in selling cheap properties and selling lots of them.

Most of our companies property sales are sold by other companies, we have 40 - 50 other companies selling our property with their commission on top of ours.

I have spoke to about 3 or 4 agents that have been over to Turkey for an agents inspection tours to view different locations, construction companies and setting up legal assistance as well. The Brits have been buying property in the south of Turkey in places like Side near Antalya for years, I went to Turkey about 6 or 7 years ago for holidays and the prices were the equivalent of 12-15,000 euros for a frontline beach apartment.

I just wish I was switched on enough to go and buy one back then.

But Spain is still the best country in Europe to buy an overseas property by miles !!!
