What do you think of moving to Bulgaria?
Bulgaria is the homeland of ancient civilizations, and remnants of their cultures, and ruins of their cities, palaces and monasteries are found throughout the country.
Tourism is a real growth industry here, and Europeans frequent the beautiful city of Varna, the numerous historic sites, as well as the resorts and spas on the Black Sea coast.

Itīs great to see more and more americans getting into investing internationally. Definitely some much better looking projects abroad considering the current US market thatīs for sure.
Bulgaria definitely gives you a lot for your money. There is some debate to if it will continue to rise so quickly but so far everyone Iīve seen investing there has seemed to double their investment pretty quickly.

Continue to rise? Bulgaria is the most famous destignation already 2 years! Europe prefer to invest exactly in bulgarian properties, because of the cheap prises, fantastic nature, lovely way of living. You may read and know a lot about, if you want.
Our real estate has two offices, in Varna and in Brussels, and I will be glad to answer to all your questions, here on in skype- Larisa Miteva is my name there, just add me and you can have a look at all our properties. Here is not possible to add the website.

I have visited your website and saw what exactly do you have in Bulgaria. The field we can cooperate is covering of all needs, all levels and all potencial costomers. I hope you know that not everyone needs 5 stars, and the best marketing is the one that covers all fields.

I wasn't looking to start a war with you - I just figured if you can advertise your service - why shouldn't I? Plus at least I got to put my website address in my post =] LOL
I recieved your email, thank you. To be honest I haven't had time to review your site yet, but I will.
You are right of course that you should be able to service all the clients needs, especially when purchasing abroad - from Foriegn Exchange service, to the right legal personnel to help protect the client and set up any companies needed etc...
And of course not everyone needs 5 star resorts. These are mainly geared toward those looking for a good return, with little of their time spent to take care of the property or tenants and who may want to visit Bulgaria now and again.
There is much more to Bulgarian property to this. And obviously this wouldn't be the choice for someone who wants to live there full time or invest in land to build for the future.
I thought you would appreciate my 1st post as if you only deal with Bulgarian property obviously you are going to sing it's praises even if the market is terrible (like and good agent would), but as we offer property in over 18 countries and growing I don't need to push one country.
So when I tell people there are still good opportunities in Bulgaria I expect that to mean something to them.

Anyway we are really getting off subject. I think we would both just like to see more investors in the US opening their eyes to the great opportunities available in other booming markets around the world.

If youīre looking for tax breaks and asset protection I would look at Dubai or the Caribbean.
Obviously the Caribbean has many tax havens. Margarita Island is a popular place right now especially with the cheap house prices and low cost of living and I guess with the current political situation if the IRS has issues with you, you probably wonīt have to worry to much about being extradited.
Dubai and the UAE is a great place right now. No taxes. The market is booming. No currency exchange controls. You can buy an apartment for under $100,000 and this qualifies you to apply for residency.
PS I am not promoting tax evasion. However tax avoidance is legal.

I read your add and my opinion is totaly different. Have you been to Bulgaria? I hope ypu will answer to this question and we can continue our friendly talk. Why? brcause I myself changed Dybai for a better property by the Black sea in bulgaria. Not everyone likes the crowd, the dust, the crasy place what Dybai is. It is good for 2 days shopping, this is it. Even living in Jumeira Residential palace. and I am ready to proff this.
About taxes and the way of living, sorry, but I pretend to be in the subgect, talking about Dybai as well as about Bulgaria. Tjese are 2 totaly different places, we have in Bulgaria 4 seasons, green , snow, the sea. amd I have many costomers from UAE, believe me they prefer Bulgaria.

This is one of the reasons for many British people to buy a house in Bulgarian countryside. You may ask some sitisen of Holand, Denmark, Germany why do they buy in bulgaria. A malteese families buy not one, but 4 or 5 houses, beeng happy what does this give them back. But may be you will visit furst:
