Nice start to your site. I recently set up a new website www.hummelcompanies.com (http://www.hummelcompanies.com) the previous site was www.hummelrealestate.com (http://www.hummelrealestate.com) obviously we added new services and believed it was time for a new site.

Like Chris said, nice start to your site.
Enjoying excellent vision, even I had to strain my eyes a bit to read the small font. Could I suggest enlarging the font a bit or changing it to arial. May I also suggest more space between the paragraphs. One of the keys elements to advertising, or so I learned in college, space sells.
There is excellent information placed on the site. More eye friendly and it will be an excellent site.
My compliments on the site design. Very professional.
Good luck!

That is great advice and i totally agree with you! But i have no idea how to change it. We had it done by a web design company, i asked them how i would make changes and they said i needed some program that i dont have. So now im kinda stuck and i dont know how to change it. If you know anything about websites please let me know! Thanks!

Link exchange...is providing your URL of your website to another website, and taking the others websites URL and putting it on your website... an exchange...you both create an outlet on your sites to the others...Most sites, will have a link off of their home page titled"Links, or Partners" You can see my links page on my site and this will help you get a good idea of what is all about. Let me know if you have any other questions about link exchanging.

Flash (your site) programming is a specialty. It is one way the techies will keep you employing them. You have a nice site, but the sound can keep people from staying on your site if they are in a private environment like while at work, and the text is both small and faint on my computers. Nice concept and flashiness, though.

I don't know what your agreement is or what files you have access to.

What do you mean by that?

I agree it is a nice site, and a link exchange will produce more traffic and a link popularity for the site.
However, as nice as flash is there is nothing for SE's to crawl. Have you thought about creating an html version to run alongside the flash version ?
It may benefit you...

What I mean is:
If you have access to the Flash files you are not bound to their programming and can get help from another flash programmaer or learn it yourself.
If you have an agreement that lets you request changes as needed, that is different than an agreement where you are charged per change or per hour.
I also think a non-flash page will help you with search engines.

I dont have access to the flash files, and even if i did i wouldnt know what to do. But I didnt know that it makes it harder for search engines. Maybe i will have to change it, that is good advice! I dont have any agreements so I guess Im gunna have to pay. Who knows how much it'll cost me this time:(

The designer should have the files for the site, at least - I keep a backup of all sites that I have done.
If not, you would be able to edit the flash - so it would be a start again project.
Just hope he/she has a backup.
