Im just starting to get ready to buy a house to flip. Im in southern california. Ive seen those shows on hgtv but that isnt really enough training. Anyone have any good advice? Or maybe websites that are good for finding fixer uppers or just kind of a how to website?

Two things I can almost guarentee is
1. Its not as easy as it seems to be on tv
2. You will go over budget on your first flip
The first one is tough, but it's a learning experience. I love the whole process and experience. Good luck. I would recommend talking with investors in your area.

According to the rules you have to have X amount of post to be able to turn on your signature. If you have achieved the amount then there is a box to check to turn it on.
In UserCP, go to "Edit Signature", and add your signature. The box to Show Signatures is checked by default. Your signature will show up when you meet the forum requirements for signature - at least 15 posts, at least 15 words in the post, etc.

The best way to start would be to find 2 or 3 agents that have experience locating properties. Make sure you use the agent that sent you the property to write the offer or you will be burning your bridges.
