How are you all doing, My name is Dan and I provide wildlife services for many people including the real estate industry. We provide services in Michigan for those homes that are on the market. While the property is vacant, the wildlife may move in. What to do now? we are here to help. For those who have seen this wildlife damage and did not know where to go I am here to help you, and let you know how to secure this service from companies near you. Thank you for letting me post.

Hey Guys:
I am a realtor and loan originator in Georgia.
I'm excited to be part of what appears to be a great real estate forum.:)
If you have any mortgage needs, or if you would like to originate your own loans, my company does loans in 48 states...NO license or experience required (most states). Let me know, quint959@comcast.net.
Let's partner on real estate referrals as well.

In NC, the pass/fail rate for taking the exam the first time is 50%. My advice to you is to take it seriously... It's not hard but very few folks can just skim through and pass it the first time. Put the time in on the front end... you will be glad you did.
