Hello, I just joined this forum today and this is my first post, so I'm not sure if my signature will appear.
I work in a small 2-person office in Northampton MA, owned by my mother and myself. My family has been in RE for 42 years in this town, so we know it pretty well!
I never thought I would get into the biz, but I guess it's in my blood. Now I'm looking for ways to diversify and add multiple streams of income to my portfolio and have found an awesome new vehicle for wealth building, not only for real estate but any other venture as well!
