HB 135 requires seller's real estate agents to be available to present all buyers' offers and counter-offers to customers. Critics said the bill would lock home sellers into using services of real estate agents they may not want. The Idaho Association of Realtors contends the bill is meant to protect consumers and real estate agents and does not limit consumer choice. It has passed both houses and now will be up to Governor Otter to siign.
