Since our firm is primarily focused on corporate real estate, particularily the telecommunication industry, I really don't know how the residential sector is performing. From what I have read and from what a few of my friends in the sales community have shared with me, the Pacific Northwest is continuing to enjoy a healthy market - when compared to most of the nation. It's not as hot as it was two years ago and house's remain on the market for a longer length of time, but people continue to flock here from everywhere else.

I just wish house prices would dip a bit more so I can purchase more house!
