1) You can get all the one way links you can get.
-- Preferably from relavent sites.

2) if the site has good PR and realted to your site then you can give them a link back.

3) buying liks from relavent sites.

Some people may not agree, this what I do.

You may consider that I am promoting my sites as I do all this, including selling links.
