Looks like an interesting site!
I'm here because I believe there is untapped opportunity for mortgage lenders and real estate brokers to reach a new market, and I believe in this opportunity so strongly that I have written a book about it. Let's see, beyond that, I'm a Chartered Financial Analyst with MBA and BSBA degrees in Finance, working with mortgage finance since 1983, sometimes commercial and sometimes residential portfolios, former investment banking vice president and head of research at a wholesale mortgage bank, been an independent consultant for a number of years now.
Anyway, I look forward to meeting others here, and I will post more where applicable in the site.
