Hello Folks!
I don't know if any of you use Talking House Marketing System but I can tell you it really works! It will help you sell your exsiting listings faster and for Top Dollar! And you will pick up more listings as well! ;)

I have a bunch of Talking House receptors from way back - when the range wasn't too good & they didn't work in every property. In today's market in my area they aren't worth my trouble as listings sell so quickly. However, when the market slows down in the future, possibly with the higher interest rates that are predicted, I will certainly give them another go. I'll probably just get the newer ones that will hopefully be a lot less hassle. In the past they had a "trade-in" program but I don't know if they still do.

Hi Jeff,
The best thing about the sytem is it drives more traffic to your listing 24/7! It's like you being at the house 24/7! The signs and system work! I have sold numerous listings for TOP dollar faster and picked up listings off of the system! ;)

I did get some calls off of them from prospective buyers and my sellers liked them. They were able to see cars stop in front of the house to listen to the radio ad on their property.

The ultimate goal is to get those prospective real estate buyers into the home. IMHO if the message being relayed on the talking house isnt appealing, then those buyers will pass on by.

I wonder if Talking House would work in rural areas like we have in Missouri.
If anyone has any experience with the system in “the sticks” please post.

Mack, how about putting a 24-hour 800# on the For Sale sign? Each property would have its own extension # with a recording. I saw a couple of those up in the boonies of north Idaho on commercial land and even called one of them. It was pretty cool.

I'm surprised to hear that the Talking House actually works. I got the marketing package and was really skeptical. I'll look at it again and perhaps try it out.
I'm using the 800 number system and put all my listings there. It's working well. Plus, I can get the names and phone numbers of whoever called and do follow ups. I use a system called Adtrakker at http://www.adtrakker.net. There's another system out there that's really highly rated called www.angel.com. I tried their system for a month and find it a pain to program. The connection is also slow. But...their voice recognition system is pretty cool.
