Looking To Work With Realtor To Develop MLS/IDX Solution...

I have started working on a Google Maps / MLS solution in the past few weeks. Since I need a user/pass to access the MLS databases, I need a Realtor to work with and get this up and running. There will be no upfront costs as you are helping me with what I need, only a recurring monthly cost for web hosting, development and access to the script.
