Legal age? Please help!

Hi, can you tell me if a person under 18 is legally allowed to have his name on a property deed in PA? Thanks!

In most states the answer is yes...however, because they are under 18 - they can at anytime say - Oh I want my money back - I am under 18 and can not legally enter into a contract. So even though there is no law against it... most will not sell to you for fear of having to start over.

That is true and it is legal in PA to sell to an 18 year old but as the above post states, the contract is voidable. I wouldnt do it!
