Hey All,

I have seen some discussion on the number of agents dropping like flies.
Here in Orlando we have seen a decline from 13,000+ to 10,200 since the last billing cycle. I would like to hear about other area. I think this weeding out will be good for the professionalism of the industry. With so much on the life this shouldn't be a part time business.

So, what's it like where you are?

Phil

I haven't checked the numbers but my office lost two agents during the last 2 weeks. Not sure about others.

Thanks for the feedback FlaGal. I see your site is already being indexed by Google. That's a good start.

LOL, so you were the one visitor I had today? Just kidding.
I'm going the Google Ads thing. Actually, have someone doing it for me. I'm too busy to mess with it.
I also have my url on the back of my car:D .

I think the number of agent inflated like properties' price, specially in FL...
Lots of people saw the Real Estate boom last few years, making them thinking about big and easy bucks. Bot exactly the case these days...

When real estate is hot, many "fair-weather" licensees appear.

When real estaste goes south, so do these "fair-weather" licensees.

My practice may not be in residential or commercial sales, but I'm in the industry as a professional, dedicated and in it for the good and for the bad.

When it get's rough, we always find out who the "fair-weather" folks are, if you couldn't tell already.

I don't mean this negatively but I hope we lose some around here as there are way to many!
