I am selling a house on the seaside of Kavarna a small town on the East cost of Bulgaria. It's a 90mē house and a land of 1500mē. A wonderful opportunity to invest in this new EU member contry. Since the 1st January 2007, the real estate in bulgaria show a rate of 5%, 25% in 2006.
