Hi, my website gives exclusive referrals to the Agents we have signed up. We give exclusive leads so there is no competition. All leads are verified, mostly by me to insure that the information is correct. After you have signed up, we send an automated email out to the Agents that we have in the area, if no one replies (I hate this part) I have to call the agents to see if I can get one to accept it. The only catch is you have to sign a contract stating you will give the consumer 25% cash back from your commissions when you receive the lead. There are alot of communities where I don;t have Agents in, and we will have a property listing service soon.
