I am a new realtor and would like to get started with some good leads. Duty days get some calls but none seem really hot. There are a lot of lead generation services online but I would like to hear from someone who has used one and had good luck.
Thanks

Hello, on my website I give out free referrals. We are a nationwide directory of real estate professionals. I can;t guarantee you any leads and I get about 40 leads per month nationwide. They are exclusive so I don;t give any referral out to multiple Realtors. I check all the information by calling the consumer as well. Feel free to sign up, we will have property listings on our site soon. Let me know what you think about the site.

check my signature you can get free traffic to your site.

Basically I run few free directories you can add your web site.

one of my site is getting 1000 uniques a month so, if you are in the right spot you get some free leads to your web site.

I don't take any personal info from users.

They were simply sent to the realtors web sites directly.

Thanks

You know, I don't believe it is sane for new agents.
Getting "leads" online or buying/selling "leads" online is not worth it.
Beside, this kind of thread giving an "easy" way to get "leads" and money is not good. New agents may rely on this practice, spending money they don't get yet and get burnt fast.

As a new agent, if you want business, get the H***l out there and knock on some door and distribute your business card. You need 1000 to have 1 lead. This one will be a good one.
All and every "leads" site get weak leads and distribute them to a bunch of agents. A real buyer, therefore a real lead will call an agent him/herself...

I agree with Cody. If you are just beginning, I would start by building a good website and working on it. Subscribe to a good MLS search tool, then do some pay per click. All these offers of buying leads almost always "lead" to absoutely nothing and are just a waste of money. Other than that, do open houses every weekend.

Have you looked into generating your own leads? You may find it is more cost effective to build a website and generate your own prospects.

If you think the leads you get on duty are not hot wait until you get some of the internet leads from the lead generators. These leads will be so cold you can use them to keep your beer cold.

Listen to what Cody said.
