Firstly I would love to exchange links with some appraisers for my sites.

But why .US??

I always thought that if people forget your whole web name they will type .com or maybe .net?

Guess that's one think I like about the UK, they are very innovative in a lot of ways and have some great web names that you real remember...

I agree, almost everyone I know that isn't a computer professional has no idea of .us .info etc. Maybe you could buy a .com and redirect your .us to .com and have both bases covered?
