I've been getting hundreds of spam emails and posts from this guy Steve Dalia from

preconstruction profits

I have a few start up free classifieds sites and some message boards and this company will not stop spamming for leads. I've called the number but no one ever there is taking responsibility. Is there anything I can do legally to get this company (not to mention Steve Dalia) to stop posting is "investment" opportunities?

Things I've tired:

- I've tried writing a java script to prevent anything with preconstruction profits post. Now he uses redirects...

- I've emailed and called threatening them

- I've talked with the president Steve Dalia and he said he would tell his tech guy to stop... That was 2 months ago.

I would post my websites but I don't want anyone to think that I'm trying to build links to my site... Please let me know what I should do about this guy he's really starting to get annoying.

I know Steve. He works in my office at EXiT Realty. We specialize in many types of Investment opportunities.

Send me your info and I'll speak with him. He should respect your request and stop spamming.

We all have projects that have merrit and trying to get peoples attention through low cost marketing, so I can understand his motive.

Hope I can help.

Thanks for the help Craig!

Maybe I'm just not that internet savvy but isn't spamming message boards wrong no matter how good you think a project is? I know you say you understand his motive but I think the massive level of spam he is doing in classifieds and forums is a bit much no matter how great of a project he thinks it is.

Is Steve the Broker of Exit Realty? If not, can you send me the Broker's name so we can discuss some of the marketing techniques that his agent Mr. Dalia is using? He has caused me a HUGE amount of time deleting his posts and emails…

If you can help me I'd really appreciate it!!!

Developers pay a substantial amount of money to get their projects out to the public eye. It's hard to isolate every site you have and stop the posts from being generated. You probably would not get very far with the broker since Steve is a huge producer in the office, but if you PM me the sites you are getting hammered on, and I'll talk to him about removing them from his database.

I promise not to post my projects to your sites.

Craig I think the broker would get involved if they knew that Steve is using spam and black hat seo to generate all his leads. You can generate a huge amount of leads with email spam but most companies will not tolerate their company being affiliated with it.

I bet if I put a warning message on all my message boards and classifieds about Steve Dalia and Exit Realty his broker would get involved. I could be wrong but I don't think people don't want to buy real estate from someone that spams the internet for business.

At what point do you say "The methods my agent is using are not moral and I will not allow it"
