Aloha! My name is Jim Foster and I am the Principle Broker for Chase 'N Rainbows Real Estate, Inc. here on Maui. We provide real estate services and vacation rental management programs for properties in the West Maui area including, Lahaina, Kaanapali, Kapalua, Kahana, Honkowai, and Napili.

The UK is freezing, Ducks in wellies, sheep wearing wax jackets, sparrows knocking on the door asking if they can use the microwave to defrost and all lot can do is talk about warm climates, beaches adorned with husky maidens, long cold drinks, lobsters, champagne, open top Porche's.

Hi, it's totally different to yours, we deal in Social Housing - we don't to Private stuff, no Mansions etc. We have a niche market and we get new business in every hour of the day, it can be one Town one minute another the next. Our loans are smaller than yours,$80 to $130,000 but that actually makes them more profitable, as because we are FSA Regulated we are expected to charge a fee for our services. So without milking the client you can, with Life Assurance, Accident Cover etc make in your terms $4,000 per deal, more if they have bad credit. The UK Market is slowing down, but that suits us as we have an immediate market and our new enquiries have never fallen below 50 a month, and if you complete on just one a day, well you've got a calculator! And the lovely thing is we don't meet our clients, they find our site and then its all done by post, phones and e-mails.
How's life over there?
I have just been in your site, it knocks the crap out of UK Estate Agents, we are sooooooooo far out of date compared to you guys. My site, well it ain't like that it's basic, but that is ideal for our audience, but yours - woow Excelent.

Market is very hot! The median Home Price in San Diego (http://sandiego-house.com/buyers/medianhomeprices.htm) County is now around 500k! We have homes that are only 1150 Sf 3/1 going for 500k! It has started to price a lot of people out of the Market! How long have you been in the market? ;)
