You are located outside of Portland??
I am not familiar with northern Oregon, We are located in in Grants Pass and work for ERA.
How is the market doing in your area??
Real estate here is picking up , not that it really slowed down.
Are you independent office or do you work for a company?
I am new to this forum stuff too.

Hey Lori,

I'm in Lake Oswego, just about 10 miles from Portland downtown.

The market here has been absolutely crazy. Almost anything in the inner city gets multiple offers these days.

I hang my license at Coldwell Banker. What about you?

This is a great forum. You'll like every one here.
