A Recommendation?

I'm looking for two recommendations.

First, I am looking for a software program that will help in checking reciprocal links to insure the reciprocator is still reciprocating! :)

Also, what program or tool are members using to check the number of inbound links to a given site?

i use linkmachine to do both, i had to pay for it but you can make it look like you are not using any software.
