has become very bad over the years. Especially online. Google has placed a real estate filter on all new real estate web sites. It takes a long time for a real estate web site to get ranked for terms related to real estate and the area you are servicing.

I want to help clean up that image!

We want good conduct in this forum and no hate :)

I myself am looking for a good real estate agent in San Diego, California to network with and I think I have found him today :)

The best way to advertise your web site is indirect advertising. Create a good web site, write some nice articles and please do stay away from link exchange programs. They will take you don't when you least expect it and least need it :)

I will post more here as soon as I have time http://www.national-real-estate-directory.com/real-estate-forum/forumdisplay.php?f=23

Right! I agree with you. :)
But I am new and unfamiliar with quite a bid of this forum and linking info. What are the bad links and how can you avoid them? What other things can you do to strengthen your web "image"?
